Happy Easter!

Today is Easter! Unfortunately, I have to work today... 2-10 pm. Yuck! No family holiday for me. Boo.

I stopped at Walgreens on my way to work to pick myself up a little somethin' somethin' to cheer me up...

The best Pepsi I've ever drank!

Yeah! Giving up pop for lent was even harder than expected. I was going to try to go a few extra days without, but I just couldn't! This was by far the most fabulous Diet Pepsi I've ever drank! I can't even begin to explain how good it was... yes, I'm pathetic.... Happy Easter anyway!

Funfilled Weekend

At some point I'll finish my vacation recap, but for now a recap of the weekend.....

For the second year in a row we rented a lake house with friends. It was on Keuka Lake & we had absolutely perfect weather! We had lots of fun.... unfortunately most of it was not captured in photos.

We returned from the fingerlakes Sunday in time to travel to the Buffalo area for at least one Easter dinner.

And today to complete the "weekend" we celebrated Dyngus Day with some kielbasa & pierogies. There were of course pussy willows as well (see centerpiece)!

Muffin had a pretty lonely weekend without us. And to make matters worse she missed out on the kielbasa too.....
